THREE NEW ASPIRANTS TO OUR WAY OF LIFE

THREE NEW ASPIRANTS TO OUR WAY OF LIFE

Written by Fray José Leyva

Our custody of northern Mexico rejoices in the entry of three new brothers who aspire to consecrate themselves to God through our way of life as Capuchin Franciscans.

They began their religious formation on Tuesday August 21st in our convent San Francisco de Assisi, in Durango, Durango. They will be introduced to live in the spirit and life of the Capuchin Franciscans, with the formative accompaniment of the Friars Julio Amparanza and Guillermo Trauba.

Our three new brothers are (left): Miguel Alejandro Ortiz Balandrán, Roberto Castrillón Escobar and Víctor Javier Caballero Martínez; The three are originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Let us pray to our good God for the perseverance of these our brethren that, by the intercession of St. Francis of Assisi, they may open their hearts of disciples of Jesus Christ and bring to a good end the religious formation which they have begun.
